Exams!
It's six days until I sit my ITIL Managers exams over at the University of Manchester. Panic is just about to set in, not that I should panic I just missed a dsitinction on my mock exam, but and this is a big but, I got the feeling the markers at the training company but being a little generous. Not to worry, I will just have to make sure I know the case study inside out and have learnt all the generics I need for each discipline. Fun eh?

Well it does, though surely it was easier in your day. Did ITIL have 10 disciplines back then?
It was harder back in my day, mate... we had to write the answers out on chalkboards ;-)
PLEASE don't tell me it has more that 10 now - I seriously don't want to be shoved on a refresher course O_o
